It was agreed at the meeting of the Employers' Side on Monday 14 February that the decision not to make a pay offer in the NJC for Local Government Services should also apply to Chief Executives, Chief Officers and Craftworkers (recognising that none of those groups have yet submitted a pay claim for 2011). The national Employers are not offering a pay award to Chief Officers for 2010.
