Mentoring skills for Mentors

East Midlands Councils is holding two half day workshops for Councillors on Mentoring. The second session starting at 13:30 is for Councillors interested in being a Mentor. The session is designed specifically to support those interested in being a Mentor.

This full day workshop help delegates to explore what it meant to them to be successful; the psychology behind goal setting; how to set goals they could achieve and how to quieten negative thoughts.
