The Welfare Reform Steering Group is an officers' group to support councils on the Welfare Reform Agenda.
The Steering Group provides officers with the opportunity to share knowledge, develop regional and local relationships with key stakeholders, includes JobCentre Plus and other organisations working with councils to promote economic growth and to ensure councils in the East Midlands are best placed to maximise opportunities arising from the reforms including bidding for potential pilots. pathfinders and trailblazers.
