The East Midlands Regional Plan (2009) will remain part of the statutory development plan until such time as it is formally revoked by the Secretary of State using powers contained in the Localism Bill.
In line with CLG advice, EMC will ensure that data and evidence that was produced for the RSS remains publicly available for as long as it might be useful to the planning work of local authorities.
