The epaycheck service offered to our Local Authorities will provide them with access to ‘real time’ pay benchmarking data for hundreds of common roles that exist across the sector. Local Authorities will need to book onto one of the 1/2 day training sessions available.
This course will provide you with a detailed understanding of Right to Buy legislation (including decided cases). It will also enable you to write RTB procedures and follow them in practice. It is designed to help practitioners keep up to date and to develop their skills in what is likely to be an increasingly important area of work in the future.
The day will include discussion on the role of prospective ceremonial Lord Mayors, Mayors, Consorts, Deputies and Chairpersons and will identify any concerns and further needs that the delegates may have in carrying out their duties.

This course aims to bring Housing Officers up to date with key changes in legislation, guidance and relevant case law in key areas of Social Housing Law. It is the first of two housing law courses. Delegates can opt to attend just one or both.
