Top Pay Event-Pay Policy Statements-Localism Act

East Midlands Councils is holding a short practical session on the impact of the Localism Act when preparing Pay Policy Statements.

The objectives of the session are: 

• To give feedback to those authorities who have already prepared statements 
• Sharing examples from around the country
• To provide strong guidance on producing pay policy statements
• The session will also cover earn back, remuneration committees and comparative pay information.

Course Facilitator 

The course will be run by Adam Barker, Senior Adviser, Workforce at Local Government Employers. 

Refreshments and Lunch 

Refreshments will be available from 10.00am and a sandwich lunch will be provided.
