Consultancy skills for effective partnership working CANCELLED
Increasingly local authorities are engaging in partnering relationships. This can be to deliver a shared service or as a partner delivering a cross cutting service. Those working in business partner and similar roles will, amongst other skills, need to be able to influence leaders, steer strategy and strategy implementation. The role of business partner can vary enormously depending on the size, structure and organisation priorities, but the skills and processes applied remain similar.
