Employment Law Update
A one-day ‘employment law update’ seminar, highlighting the continuing development of crucial employment legislation. This is a particularly important time for the law, as we see the Coalition Government’s agenda developing. We will be covering amongst other things the timetable for the Equality Act 2010, the ISA, possible de-regulation measures and changes within the post-TUPE position.
Then there are the general developments from Courts and Tribunals to keep track of, e.g. whether employees can bring lawyers to disciplinary hearings, part-time workers’ holidays, and current topics of interest that we will spend some time on (redundancies and business transfers).
