epaycheck

epaycheck is the national online public sector pay benchmarking service offered by East Midlands Councils 

epaycheck provides participating public sector organisations with access to ‘real time’ pay benchmarking data for hundreds of common roles that exist across the sector.

epaycheck is a web based service accessed via secure membership log-in and each participating organisation is required to upload and match its own data to agreed templates in epaycheck through an easy to use online facility. Once organisations have provided their data to epaycheck they can generate user defined reports with invaluable and specific benchmarking data at the click of a button.

epaycheck has been developed by a group of Regional Employers and all regions of England have a presence, as does the national Local Government Association, Welsh LGA, Northern Ireland LGA and London Councils. 

Cyber Media Solutions Limited is the epaycheck delivery partner, with a proven track record for providing this type of service for and with the public sector. The Regional Administrators at East Midlands Councils provide the front line support and training to users in each organisation to successfully deliver the epaycheck service.

epaycheck is a subscription based service, EMC member authorities who signed up before 31 July 2012 benefitted from an introductory rate. The cost for EMC member authorities registering now for the period 1st April 2017 - 31st March 2019 will be £400 plus vat.

 The subscription for EMC non-members organisations is £1,200 per annum.
