The group meets to discuss progress with Job Evaluation and pay reviews within authorities. The network provides officers with an opportunity to share best practice and seek to identify solutions to problems experienced.
The group also explores pay and benefits, changes to terms and conditions and other aspects of pay and grading reviews.
