Housing and Energy Efficiency - Councillor Development Session on Climate Change
East Midlands Councils, the LGA and Midlands Energy Hub working in partnership are offering a series of virtual interactive workshops for Councillors on Climate Change. The second workshop in the series will explore Housing and Energy Efficiency. The workshop will take place on Thursday 18 March 2021, to be chaired by Cllr Richard Wright, Leader of North Kesteven District Council.
The interactive virtual workshops will provide Councillors from across the East Midlands with the opportunity to hear from both Councillors and Officers on innovative approaches to climate change reduction plans and initiatives.

Series Information
A series of four workshops will be held during the early part of 2021, starting with a virtual workshop on Community engagement and behavioural change on 19 January 2021, 10:30-12:00.
Series themes are:
- Transport
- Green Economic Recovery
The first workshop in the series was held in January 2021, this session focussed on Climate Change and Community Engagement.
