Leadership Coaching; exploring the issues, opportunities and solutions
Session overview
In this CPD session for coaches in the East Midlands Regional Coaching Network and other coaches, we are providing you with the opportunity to explore the issues you are facing/have faced when coaching people who are moving into leadership roles. Whether this is coaching people at a junior supervisory level or a more senior level, you will be able to reflect on your experiences, identify the key issues and challenges and work with others to consider solutions and approaches.
To maximise your learning from this session please consider the following questions in advance:
- Reflecting on your experiences of coaching people transitioning into or already in leadership roles, what have been the key challenges and opportunities leaders bring to the coaching?
- What have been the challenges and opportunities for you as a coach in coaching leaders?
Trainer
Our expert facilitator Suzanne Ross will lead this explorative session giving space for reflection and discussion as well as input and guidance regarding the issues raised.
