National Recruitment Campaign 2025 Event
Building on the first national roll-out in 2024-25, the campaign will be rolled out again in 2025-26 and funded by UK Government. The aim of this in-person event is to enable councils to help shape the upcoming campaign, including:
- Discussing the roles that you feel should be highlighted in the campaign
- Understanding the media channels that you feel should be targeted
- Updating the campaign toolkit, and discussing how councils can utilise the materials to support their local recruitment
The event will look at other issues related to recruitment and retention, including sharing key learning points and experiences from last year’s campaign to identify how we can build on the positives.
Feedback from the event held last summer was very positive and we will therefore be returning to the King Power Stadium in Leicester to bring HR and Communications colleagues together to help shape the new campaign.
Lunch will be provided so please let us know on the booking form if you have any special dietary requirements.
