Session: Reset Coaching Practice
Session overview
For many coaches in the network, it has been a busy and challenging time. You may have been coping with increased workloads and change within your own role, trying to balance supporting others whilst practising your own self-care or you may have stepped back from coaching recently.
This session is an opportunity to take time out for you, personally and as a coach, to reconnect with your coaching practice in a supportive environment.
Aims of the session
The aims of the session are to:
- Identify ways to build self-care into your coaching practice during challenging times.
- Build personal resilience.
- Identify common themes impacting our coachees.
- Share approaches to coaching for solutions.
- Identify opportunities for ongoing support.
With a lens on you the coach, your coachee and your coaching practice, we will explore how we can look after ourselves, be present for our coachees and maintain our practice during turbulent times.
