This session will focus on the value of performance information and how best to use it (with confidence) at the Committee and when undertaking reviews.
This session will be led by Ed Hammond, Deputy Chief Executive, CfGS. Ed is the Deputy Chief Executive, leading on our research programme as well as delivering reviews of governance and scrutiny for public and private sector clients, with a particular focus on our core work in local government.
