NRPF network
The East Midlands Strategic Migration Partnership (SMP) chairs the quarterly regional NRPF Network meeting.
Delegates include representatives from Local Authorities, Home Office, Health and voluntary sector partners and provides a forum to highlight policy changes and address current pressures relating to individuals being support by Local Authorities.
The national NRPF Network website ( https://www.nrpfnetwork.org.uk/ ) is a comprehensive resource relating to NRPF including guidance for councils, training and case law.

What is NRPF?
Section 115 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 states that a person will have ‘no recourse to public funds’ if they are ‘subject to immigration control’.
