This Annual Report is a summary of our work in meeting the priorities agreed by our members. It covers the range of EMC’s programmes and services, including proposals for progressing the region’s agreed investment and growth proposals, our work on Midland Mainline electrification, the A46 and A1, supporting councils on the implementation of the NPPF and housing delivery, providing focused member and officer development programmes, transformation and HR support and our wider role as the Regional Employers’ Organisation; as well as taking forward the management of important refugee and asylum resettlement programmes.
