Coaching for Collaboration/Relationship Building
Effective collaboration and good interpersonal relationships are critical to getting things done in organisations, particularly during periods of change and uncertainty. In complex organisations, challenges around collaboration, communication, trust, influence and stakeholder engagement often come to the surface. Clients frequently bring these issues into coaching, seeking support to navigate relationships, work more effectively with others and maintain momentum in achieving their goals.
This practical and interactive CPD session is designed for qualified coaches who want to strengthen their ability to support clients facing collaboration and relationship challenges in organisational settings. Through a range of evidence-informed tools, frameworks and coaching interventions, participants will learn how to help clients understand the relational dynamics that can enable or hinder progress, develop greater awareness of the perspectives and needs of others, and build productive working relationships that support successful outcomes.
