This is our last HR Bulletin of 2020 and what a year it has been for us all!
Since March, we shifted our focus to provide advice, guidance and support to you on dealing with the workforce challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and on co-ordinating the sharing of practice and approaches between your organisations.
We have moved to the virtual world to keep our networks and activities running including investigations, action learning, CPD seminars, L&D programmes and coaching. We have learned new skills – including how to mute and un-mute at appropriate times! A highlight may have been our first webinar in March with Public Health England.
There have been huge positives from this difficult time –
- learning to navigate the technology together with kindness and patience and empathy
- sharing issues, experiences and approaches
Your active participation has helped us to provide guidance and share information that is relevant and useful for us all. We therefore want to use this opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you from the whole team for all of your input and support during 2020 and to send good wishes for better times in 2021.
