This 7 day programme is suitable for those who are required to coach &/or mentor others within their organisation either as a line manager or as a participant in a wider coaching pool. It is also suitable for established or aspiring coaches and mentors who wish to attain knowledge and skills as a platform to provide commercial coaching and mentoring activities to clients as a career path /freelance. This coaching qualification includes
- Understanding the differences between coaching and mentoring
- The coaching framework and contracting
- Preparing to coach or mentor (analysing the starting point)
- Coaching and mentoring in practice and managing relationships.

Cost
The cost of this programme is £1235pp + VAT. This represents a saving of £560pp + VAT on the previous website price.

When booking a course on-line, there is a commitment from you to attend. Payments are non-refundable as we need to ensure that all courses have the maximum number of delegates to enable you to benefit from the reduced rate which we have negotiated.
Delegate substitutions will be accepted on or before course commencement, however, non-attendance or withdrawal will be charged at full cost. In the unlikely event that we postpone or cancel a course, a full refund for those dates not yet delivered will be given.
